Equine 2/ Full Architectural Service Studio
A formal avenue leads to a central two-storey brick entrance building, referencing the former home’s scale and character.
Its arched passageway opens into a structured equine courtyard, surrounded by stables and working barns. All buildings are clad in brick to match the tones of the original structures, some of which dated back over 70 years.
Facilities include American barns, horse walkers, a fillies barn, turnout paddocks, staff accommodation, and a farm manager’s house. The masterplan balances operational efficiency with architectural cohesion, creating a modern equine complex that honours the site’s rural heritage. Now under construction, the project is set to deliver a best-in-class training and breeding environment
