Kilkenny Warehouse/ Full Architectural Service Studio

This large-scale warehousing complex was designed for one of Ireland’s leading commercial operators, situated on a challenging site with significant level changes. The masterplan responds to the topography through carefully tiered platforms, enabling efficient circulation and access across the site.

The development includes a series of high-bay industrial units with robust concrete bases and profiled metal cladding, unified through a consistent roof profile and rhythm of integrated rooflights for optimal daylighting. Materials were selected for durability and low maintenance, reflecting the client’s operational demands.

RSDS Architects worked closely with the client to deliver a solution that prioritised functionality, scale, and future expansion potential, while managing the technical complexities of the terrain and service infrastructure.
