Newbridge/ Full Architectural Service Studio
A key design principle was to ensure a strong relationship with public open spaces, with most homes overlooking either newly created or existing green areas. The development is accessed through an established residential scheme, integrating seamlessly into the local streetscape.
The project secured planning approval through An Bord Pleanála and is currently under construction. Once completed, it will provide a high-quality living environment that enhances the existing neighbourhood while delivering much-needed housing in a well-connected location.
