Arbutus Corner Site/ Full Architectural Service Studio
We proposed renovating and extending the existing home into a three-storey house, while also constructing two new large, detached two-storey dwellings on the side and rear of the original property. Despite an initial refusal by the county council, the project was successfully granted approval by An Bord Pleanála. This development showcases our commitment to innovative design and maximizing the potential of urban sites.
