The redesigned home reconfigures the internal layout to create open-plan living spaces that take full advantage of the views to the front while establishing strong connections to private garden areas at the rear. A key feature of the project is the addition of a classic American-style wraparound veranda with timber balustrades, lending both charm and functionality to the entrance and outdoor living areas. The result is a complete reimagining of the home — blending the best of its elevated Irish setting with an unmistakably American architectural influence.
